Invoicing channels | E-Invoicing

Paper or PDF? Portal or integrated solution? In future, partners and suppliers will be able to send their invoices to the Alpiq InTec Group companies in various ways. This is the overview.

Alpiq InTec endeavours to offer its partners and suppliers balanced solutions in terms of secure processing and cost-benefit ratio. Various options are already available: here is a summary for your information.

Invoicing channel 1: Integrated solution (EDI)

Direct connection of the invoicing application via electronic data interchange makes sense, especially where the invoicing volume is very large. The initial expense of implementing an EDI solution is written off in a very short time.

Invoicing channel 2: Portal (file transfer)

Suppliers who are already able to prepare invoices as electronic data sets can submit them via a portal. This secure and convenient solution confers advantages especially with major invoice volumes.

Invoicing channel 3: PDF

Invoices may also be sent to the Alpiq InTec Group companies as PDF files. This saves printing, material and postage costs – not to mention being faster.

Invoicing channel 4: Paper

It is still possible to send paper invoices to the Alpiq InTec Group companies. Please note the appropriate invoicing addresses and reference details.
