With energy controlling from Alpiq EcoServices, load data are automatically logged (at 15-minute intervals), entered and buffered in a loggerbox, and transmitted via an Internet connection to the Alpiq EcoServices data centre. The data centre carries out a plausibility check and interprets the data. Customers require no additional software for their IT infrastructure and can access their data on a Web portal via their browser. Alpiq EcoServices immediately contacts the customer if unusual energy consumption levels are identified.
